The company will supply 39 of its V110-2.0 MW turbines to a project, with full details withheld at the request of its customer.
Deliveries are due in the third quarter of 2016, with commissioning expected in the final quarter.
A five-year service deal forms part of the deal.
Vestas recently installed the first V110-2.0MW prototype at the Danish national testing centre at Høvsøre.
