According to Brazilian regulations, if wind plants are ready and do not have a grid connection due to reasons out of control of the developer, they have a right to charge revenue from the government.
The two wind plants are located in the state of Rio Grande do Norte and await the completion of the João Câmara III substation by transmission company ETN.
