OutSmart, will handle a wide-ranging brief on the project, part of the larger Windpark Noordoostpolder, encompassing technical operations, performance analysis and HSE co-ordination for a fleet of 26 of Enercon 7.5MW E126 turbines, cabling, substation and auxiliaries.
