PNE sells 31MW wind to Allianz
German wind developer PNE Wind has sold the Calau II C and D wind parks in Brandenburg state to the Allianz Renewable Energy Fund.
The two wind farms, each comprising of five Vestas V112 – 3MW machines with a hub height of 140 metres, have a combined output of 30.8MW.
Allianz has purchased several projects from PNE unit WKN in the past.
"With the sale of these projects, we are particularly pleased with the continuation of our collaboration with Allianz. The wind farms represent a lasting investment and strengthen Allianz’s activities in the renewable energy sector,” says PNE chairman Martin Billhardt.
