EDF EN said it has taken a 100% stake in Le Mont des 4 Faux. It will take the project forward in conjunction with existing developer WindVision, which has previously said it plans to use Enercon’s giant E-126 7.5MW turbines at the French plant.
Located around 30km from Reims in the Ardenne plains, the wind farm has the potential for around 50 wind turbines, said EDF EN.
