Duke will provide construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and remote monitoring services.
Duke did not release financial details of the transaction.
Cross Winds will utilize 62 General Electric 1.7MW wind turbines. The facility is due to enter full commercial operation during the fourth quarter.
The deal is the second between the companies. Duke has a long-term service contract for Consumers’ 100MW Lake Winds Energy Park near Ludington that began in May 2012.
