The facility utilizes 37 General Electric 1.6MW wind turbines. It will power about 15,000 homes in the Canadian province.
The facility has a long-term off-take feed-in tariff agreement with the Ontario Power Authority.
Earlier this month, NextEra Energy Partners raised $442.7m net proceeds from its initial public offering.
The yieldco owns 10 projects representing about 990MW capacity - 30% of it solar and the rest wind.
