The contracts relate to the consented 580MW Race Bank wind farm off East Anglia, and the proposed 258MW Burbo Bank Extension and 660MW Walney Extension off northwest England.
Detailed design work on the three substations is now under way and it is anticipated construction on first will begin in the next six months.
