The sale covers Statkraft’s three operating wind farms, two in Scotland and one in Wales, with a total capacity of 142MW.
Financial details were not disclosed.
Statkraft will continue to manage and operate the plants, and said the deal will help it to achieve its onshore and offshore wind growth plans.
