The installation vessel Vidar in the coming days is slated to install a further five turbines at the construction site 32km north of the island of Rügen.
EnBW plans to gradually commission the wind park during this year and reach full operation in 2015.
“EnBW aims to significantly expand its share of renewable energies, and offshore wind energy is an important pillar of that,” technical board member Hans-Josef Zimmer says.
