E.ON starts up Robin Rigg offshore wind farm in Solway Firth

Robin Rigg, which is the largest offshore wind farm in Scotland, has 60 3 MW Vestas turbines.

Robin Rigg Project Manager Ian Johnson said: "There's still a long, long way to go but, with the weather looking good for the next few days, we'll be looking to start the commissioning process very soon and to get a lot more turbines turning.”
