The Woodlawn wind farm, adjacent to Infigen’s Capital wind farm, is scheduled to be completed in the second-half of 2011 and will comprise 20 Suzlon S88 2.1MW wind turbines acquired by the company late last year.
The total engineering, procurement and construction costs are expected to be approximately $100m.
Infigen’s sixth wind farm in Australia, once completed, will give the company 87 Suzlon S88 turbines with a total capacity of 182.7MW
