Iberdrola will start construction of the 50 MW wind farm in Klickitat County, Washington State in spring 2010. M-S-R Public Power supplies power to the California state electricity company Modesto Irrigation District, and the cities of Santa Clara and Redding. The company already has an agreement with Iberdrola to buy the output of the 200 MW Big Horn I wind farm.
