Cape Wind signed a deal with the North American arm of PMSS,part of the TUV SUDgroup.
PMSSexperts including US engineers and experts from the UK offshore sector willhelp the 468MW project’s management team in areas such as environmental issues,safety and risk management.
Cape Wind expects to completeproject financing and begin construction off Massachusetts by the end of the year.
