Terra Firma hopes to raise £1.5bn ($2.3bn) by either selling orfloating Infinis, which claims to be the third-largest UK clean-energyproducer.
The Infinis portfolio of 614MW includes 267MW of onshorewind at 15 plants, according to the company’s website. It also operates hydropowerand landfill gas projects.
Infinis began life as a waste-to-energy specialist butcreated a significant UKonshore wind presence through a series of deals.
