Moventas – which also announced the departure of CEOMikael Laine – earlier this month unveiled its acquisition of the wind gearboxdivision of David Brown Gear Systems, creating a new company called DB WindUK.
Now it says it will run its two core operations moreindependently from each other.
Moventas will remain the wind industry brand, while theindustrial gear business will be run under the Santasalo name.
