Licensed for 9.2GW of capacity, Dogger Bank has a significant size advantage over the second largest Round 3 project, the 7.2GW Norfolk zone being developed by Vattenfall and Scottish Power.

But Dogger Bank is seen as the most challenging Round 3 zone to develop, given its immense size and distance from shore.
