Interested developers should present projects by 21 July. The concession for the land will be for 25 years.
The ministry of national property's analysis shows that projects of up to 100MW should have no problems connecting to local substations and national grids.
Primary considerations for winning wind farms will be, in order of importance, the installed capacity; construction time; and finally, a financial offer including a percentage of production to offer as payment for use of the land.
