Bidding prices for onshore turbines in July were around 3,700 yuan.

The local firm beat rivals including Sinovel, China’s largest turbine supplier, and XEMC, according to reports.

Sinovel offered to supply 6MW turbines at 5,298 yuan per kW while XEMC bid 8,000 yuan.
