When completed, the plants will make it the biggest wind developer in the country with capacity of 556MW and a market share of 65%, Acciona says.
Acciona has invested €450m ($612m) in the Oaxaca 2, 3 and 4 wind projects, which each have a capacity of 102MW.
The Spanish company says it is about to install the final turbine, with the machines due to be powered-up and gradually connected to the grid between October and December.
