A court in Orlando, Florida, ruled that the US industrial giant did not infringe an MHI patent relating to blade pitch control. The decision by a district judge was in response to action first brought by the Japanese company in 2010.
"We are disappointed in the Court's decision and are considering available options, including appeal," Mitisubishi Power Systems Americas (MPSA) spokeswoman Sonia Williams tells Recharge.
