The bank has removed Vestas and several other equipment makers from its authorised suppliers list, as it completes an audit of all manufacturers.
The companies were found to be not complying with rules stipulating that at least 60% of equipment content be locally sourced and that manufacturers operate a factory or assembly plant in Brazil.
