Around 80% of Fuhrländer’s shares are now controlled by an entity called Windgrösse, which is owned by Ukranian investor Maxim Efimov and a group of other unnamed parties.

Efimov is general director and minority shareholder of Kramatorsk-based steel group Energomashspetsstal – which is itself majority-owned by Rosatom.
