GL Garrad Hassan and Taiwan’s Industrial Technology Research Institute (ITRI) signed a memorandum of understanding to help speed-up deployment of a resource that local officials hope could reach 3GW by 2030.
The UK-based consultancy and ITRI will carry out joint research projects and work together in areas such as technology, strategy and training for Taiwan’s offshore programme, which is due to kick off with a demonstration project in 2015.
