The company says it will invest NKr5.2bn ($903m) in the Björkhöjden and Ögonfägnaden onshore wind farms, which will be built as part of its Swedish joint venture with forestry group SCA.

The two projects will be sited in Sweden’s Jämtland and Västernorrland counties, northeast of Östersund.

Björkhöjden will have a capacity of 270MW, and will begin operations in two stages in 2014 and 2015.
