The MM92 turbines will be used at the EDF Energies Nouvelles subsidiary’s Shiloh 4 wind farm, situated in Solano County, says REpower's Indian parent company Suzlon.
Germany-based REpower has already supplied enXco’s Shiloh 2 and Shiloh 3 facilities.
When the new Shiloh 4 turbines are added, the wind farms will have a capacity of more than 300MW, making them REpower’s largest US project yet.
