The Inter-American Development Bank and the state-owned Banco de la República Oriental del Uruguay will provide loans to help finance $166m of investment in three projects, says Jorge Andri, director of development at Impsa Energy.
The Argentine company is also vying for contracts offered directly to state utility UTE for a fourth wind farm of 50MW.
Impsa won a 20-year contract at a rate of $84.93
