One of the warring factions admits Iberdrola has told the Romanians to “end their quarrels” and get on with building one of the Spanish group’s most important European projects – which has already suffered significant delays in the wind-rich Dobrogea region.
Iberdrola country manager Adrian Goicea tells Recharge: “The developer Eolica Dobrogea has an internal problem with the shareholders, and Iberdrola is forced to wait for them to solve the problem among themselves.”
