The MOU sets out both companies' interests in exploring cooperation opportunities in the Baltic region.
BLRT is a holding company that incorporates 72 businesses active in shipbuilding, ship repair, fabrication, metal trading and machine-building, among others.
It has shipyards in Tallinn (Estonia), Klaipeda (Lithuania) and Turku (Finland).
“It is a good chance to strengthen our position in the renewable energy market,” says Kristina Arutjunova, assistant to the chairman of BLRT Grupp for the offshore industry.
