The announcement follows a year-long investigation into tower imports into the US, following a complaint by a group of domestic manufacturers – and in some cases raises the tariffs set in a preliminary ruling earlier in 2012.
The DOC’s International Trade Administration (ITA) recommended anti-dumping duties of 47.59% and 44.9% on Chengxi Shipyard and Titan Wind Energy (Suzhou) respectively.
Three others – CS Wind, Guodian United Power Technology Baoding and Sinovel – were hit with a 46.38%
