The company says work on the Magremont project, which uses six Nordex N90 turbines, began in September 2011.
Theolia has also built a 12.5MW wind farm adjacent to Magremont, which it is operating for third-party owners.
The French company says it now has 930MW in place, 632MW of which it operates for third parties.
Theolia is currently planning to install 300MW of new wind capacity in Morocco.
