Polish state-controlled utility PGE warned global competition for installation vessels and piling restrictions due to nature protection could delay the first wind farms in the Polish part of the Baltic Sea.
PGE, said it aims to start construction of 2.55GW in 2023 ahead of full operations in 2026, as it revealed the first details of its plans for the sector.
