New Jersey regulators have formally accepted the application for EDF Renewables’ Nautilus Offshore Wind demonstration project, setting in motion a review process that could see the three-turbine project approved later this year and completed by 2020.
EDF Renewables has breathed life back into the once-dormant Nautilus project – agreeing earlier this year to acquire it from Fishermen’s Energy, and submitting an application with New Jersey’s electric-market regulator last month.
