Argentina’s grid operator Cammesa has allocated transmission grid connections to 364.33MW of wind and solar projects to allow them to deliver power in the non-regulated market.

Of the total, 228.95MW were wind projects and the remaining 135.38MW solar. Since the start of of the government’s non-regulated market programme (Mater) in late 2017, 1GW of mostly wind and solar capacity have been granted transmission grid connections.
