Danish wind turbine manufacturer Vestas has won a 112MW turnkey order for the Granville Harbour Wind Farm in Tasmania from Australian-based Palisade Investment Partners Ltd.
The project supports both the Australian island state’s ambitious target to be self-sufficient with renewable energy and Tasmania's role within the country’s National Electricity Market as a key source of renewable energy to mainland Australia.
