Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy's (SGRE) Adwen unit plans to cut 260 jobs – or more than half of its current remaining 480 positions – in the wake of a restructuring announced last year that will convert it into a company concentrating on servicing operating offshore wind farms using Adwen turbines.
