Danish wind OEM Vestas has won the first order for its V136-4.2MW machine in Norway, for the 50MW Hennøy wind project in Svelgen in the western part of country.
Vestas is scheduled to commission the 12 turbines in the third quarter of 2019 for Falck Renewables Vind, the Norwegian unit of Italian renewable energy specialist Falck Renewables.
The order comes with a 15-year service agreement.
