The final MHI Vestas V164 turbine is in place at the European Offshore Wind Deployment Centre (EOWDC), developer Vattenfall said.
The 11-turbine, 93.2MW offshore wind project will test some of the industry’s most advanced technology at its site off Aberdeen, Scotland.
Vattenfall said the final V164 was installed on Saturday (26 May), nine weeks after the first was put in place.
