Bilbao-based industrial player Haizea Wind Group (HWG) has inaugurated a tower and foundation manufacturing plant in northern Spain, a facility believed to be the largest of its kind in Europe.
The plant, which is located in the Port of Bilbao, will have a manufacturing capacity of approximately 300 sections of offshore towers per year of 50m long and up to 8.6m
