EDF is in talks to sell a 49% stake in a 550MW portfolio of UK wind assets, reports said.

The French energy group’s EDF Energy Renewables unit could fetch about £600m ($804m) for the share and has hired Barclays to advise on the process, according to the Financial Times citing unnamed sources close to the matter.

Sector investor Greencoat UK Wind, Dalmore Capital and “a number of pension funds” are among those potentially in the running, the newspaper said.
