TPI Composites announced that Vestas has exercised an option for two additional blade manufacturing lines for its V136 4MW wind turbine platform at the supplier’s new factory in Matamoros, Mexico.
The move comes days after TPI unveiled a multi-year supply deal with German wind turbine OEM Enercon.
