The Otary Group has started the offshore installation at the 309MW Rentel array about 40 kilometres off the coast of Ostend in the Belgian part of the North Sea.
Deme’s jack-up installation vessel “Sea Installer” has loaded the first wind turbine components for the wind farm, and is expected to complete the installation of 42 Siemens Gamesa SWT-7.0-154 turbines after the summer.
