The largest non-utility installer of US wind last year, Lincoln Clean Energy, is confident that the sector will be able to compete against fossil fuels and solar — which will retain federal tax incentives — when the PTC is phased out, chief executive Declan Flanagan tells Recharge.
But he admits it will be a “challenge for all of us in the industry”.
