Bladt Industries, Semco Maritime and ISC Engineering have secured an EPCI contract to deliver and install the substation for the 224MW Northwester 2 offshore wind project in Belgian waters.
The three partners will deliver the 1,000-tonne substation for developer Parkwind in time for deployment in the third quarter of 2019.
The trio have previously carried out EPCI contracts for substations at Parkwind’s Northwind and Bligh Bank developments.
