Turbine OEM Siemens Gamesa notched up its biggest order to date in India, a 300MW deal that underlines the return of momentum to the nation’s wind power sector.
Siemens Gamesa will equip a wind farm in Gujarat with 143 of its SG 2.1-122 turbines under an EPC contract with Sembcorp Green Infra, one of the largest IPPs active in India.
