The Nordex Group closed the first quarter with a steep increase in its order intake, boosted by a recovery in demand in Europe, but also helped by strong figures from the Americas.
Orders shot up to 1GW in the first quarter of 2018, up from 368MW in the same quarter in 2017.
Europe accounted for 505MW of that volume, spurred by orders from regular customers, with Turkey, France and Sweden performing well.
