Israel’s Enlight Renewable Energy has acquired a 105MW wind farm in Kosovo, a project in advanced development stages that will increased the group’s stakes in Europe.
Under the deal, Enlight will acquire all the shares of the unamend company that currently holds the rights over the 27-wind-turbine farm.
The total investment in the project is estimated to be between €140m ($173m) and €180m, including costs of construction of the project and acquisition of the project rights.
