What is your key proposal to underpin development of offshore wind in Poland?
My ambition is that the Polish government adopts a National Programme for the Development of Offshore Wind Farms in the Baltic Sea – a package of regulations that will not only enable the development of offshore wind farms for the sake of Polish energy security, but also maximise the benefits for the Polish economy.
