Developer Community Windpower has submitted a scoping report to the Scottish Borders Council for the up-to 343MW Faw Side wind farm, north of Langholm in southwest Scotland.
The report, a copy of which has been seen by Recharge, proposes the construction of a 49-turbine wind farm, each with a rating of 5MW-7MW. The scheme includes an onsite substation and control room.
