Turkey is planning to invest $11bn in developing renewable energy by 2023, including 20GW of wind energy.
Under the country’s National Energy Efficiency Action plan, the government aims to take measures to reduce primary energy consumption by 14% in the next five years.
The plan includes a large number of measures, combining the general energy efficiency framework and cross-cutting sectorial measures.
